It spent the entire time trying to convince me of an idea I was clearly on board with by signing up for the session, rather than actually providing much in the way of actionable advice for updating existing lessons (save one comment about a worksheet facelift). The gist of the session is “if you want math to be interesting, you should have taught science.”
