At the end of the school year, part of the Post-conference is dedicated to discussing the goals set at the beginning of the school year, looking at how the teacher progressed throughout the year, and developing new goals based on the previous year’s growth. Reflecting Back, Looking Forward – The End-of-Year Conference guides the teacher through reflecting on the Pre-conference goals and what they learned during the year, and celebrates their accomplishments. The course concludes with guiding the teacher through using data to discover areas of growth for the next year. 

This course specifically addresses the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS).
