Drafting a meaningful individualized education program (IEP) for a student with a disability is only a small part of the IEP process. In order to meet mandated federal guidelines, every educator needs to work towards properly and consistently implementing IEPs, understand how to document their implementation, and develop a process to examine an IEP for efficacy.
