Description

As educators, we want all students to have the same opportunity for a great education. However, we have to remember that in deciding what instruction we provide for students, we’re looking for equity, not equality. What may be good for one student might not necessarily be the best for another. Every student has their own needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

In this course, Quality Indicators in SPED — Differentiating Instruction, SPED educator Ayo Jones helps educators learn the best ways to tailor their education plans for the individual needs of each student so that every student gets the education and instruction that they need the most.

In this 45-minute course presented by Noodle Nook, you’ll learn:

  • How to best use the classroom setting to maximize learning
  • How content is taught
  • How students show learning

This session aligns with the T-TESS System in Texas and address dimensions 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, and 3.3
