Self-regulation offers students the freedom to understand the world and their role in it in a dynamic way. It’s the process by which students engage in appropriate actions, thoughts, feelings and behaviors, in order to pursue valuable academic goals.
In this 1-hour course, you will learn:

- How to understand the obstacles your students face
