We’re in the business of connecting educators and administrators with renowned subject matter experts and thought leaders. Since then, our team has continually made it our mission to create easy-to-use tools that solve real problems. Technology should make our lives better, not more complicated. We know the world of education is always changing, so we strive for innovation. We believe in continuous improvement, whether it’s the content we offer or how we provide it. Whatever problem you’re facing, we want to help you find a path from where you are to where you want to go. And when you’re having difficulty finding your way, we go back to the drawing board and create a new path, just for you.

The History of Responsive Learning
Kay Karr is a retired superintendent and educator who has always had a passion for fostering teacher and student success. She recognized that teachers are the most influential adults in students’ lives besides their parents. With this in mind, her main goal was to improve technology by using innovative ideas to revolutionize education.
Kay founded Responsive Learning in 2009 with the desire to help smaller school districts that desperately needed access to quality professional development. Along with the support of trusted professionals, Kay’s dreams of providing on-demand PD have turned into a reality. The main headquarters for Responsive Learning is located in El Paso, Texas. However, we serve districts throughout Texas and across the country.
