With a wealth of experience, Rhonda’s most recent focus has been on principal supervision and leadership development, where she demonstrated a commitment to fostering the growth and success of educational leaders. She is most proud of her service as a school principal when her campus earned top ranks in Texas, and she was named the National Distinguished Principal.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Rhonda enjoys various outdoor activities, particularly water sports and gardening. She and her husband, Bryan, also have a penchant for the open road, indulging their zeal for high-speed auto racing. They devote the remainder of their leisure time to faith, family, and friends.
Rhonda’s true passion lies in supporting principals and administrators, recognizing their pivotal role in shaping educational environments conducive to high levels of student learning.
