Diabetes is a lifelong disease that must be managed carefully on a day-to-day basis. It affects all facets of a child’s life and can be challenging in a school setting. In an educational setting, focus should not only be placed on the medical aspects of diabetes but also on encouraging independence and self-care in diabetic students. 

In this 30-minute course you will learn about:
