This dual-purpose course is designed to both prepare teachers for the TExES exam and meet the Texas 6-hour update requirement for existing G/T teachers. Lynette Breedlove, Ph.D. has been teaching this course for over a decade. In addition to covering foundational principles of gifted education, this course introduces you to some of the leading thinkers in the field of giftedness.

Although I’m sure the testing portions are good for others, this is simply a requirement that I am trying to get through, and the testing portion takes up the majority of the time of the entire course.
