Great course and a lot of good examples and ideas. I would like to see more specifics for high school level (juniors and seniors). Many examples today were for elementary and middle school. I know I can take the ideas and apply them to high school, but specific examples would be nice.

  26. Jennifer – PROSPER ISD (verified owner)

I’m not a fan of online professional learning to begin with, but this was a little hard to follow without any kind of handout and watching the presenter the majority of the time. I also felt like the quiz questions weren’t meant to increase our knowledge of what was being asked, but more of a “have you watched every single part extremely carefully” type of assessment. I started out taking notes on what I felt would apply best to me and my students but quickly learned that I needed to take extensive notes almost word-for-word or I would miss the quiz questions. It became stressful instead of informative.
