  • One-hour online course.
  • Completed on the users’ schedule.
  • The online course is a prerequisite for the Virtual Peer Network meeting and the Group Coaching Project.

Dr. Frederick Buskey

Dr. Frederick Buskey has over 32 years of experience in K-12 and higher education leadership. He provides simple frameworks and tools to improve both life and leadership skills. Dr. Buskey is passionate about investing time in growing teachers, rather than putting out fires. He hosts The Assistant Principal Podcast and is the author of “The Strategic Leader Daily Email”, sharing powerful leadership tools, tips, and topics with subscribers assistant principals to lead effectively.

Veronica V. Sopher

Veronica V. Sopher is a dynamic school communications leader with more than 20 years of experience in K-12 leadership. She has served as the Chief Communications Officer for several large and mid-sized school districts. Throughout her career, she earned numerous professional awards and has led national award-winning teams. Sopher serves as a mentor to several school communications professionals and has held leadership positions for the Texas Schools Public Relations Association, including serving as President in 2021. Sopher provides leadership, vision, direction, and execution of major district communication programs, strategies, events, and activities.
