Excellent course.

This course seemed longer than an hour, but I feel it was more due to the unnecessary comments. Some examples good, but again, the additional, unnecessary information made them irrelevant. Also, the presenter seems like she’s reading all the material presented rather than giving information from experience.
Overall, I felt that I was expecting much more from this course than what it actually offered. A bit disappointed.

Useful ideas and reminders. The handout is a useful tool.
Bernadette – HILLSBORO CITY (verified owner) –
This instructor had fantastic content to help develop as a teacher and a person, I love learning and growing myself. I just wish there had been more on how to utilize these ideas in the classroom and how to help students develop these skills. Maybe having examples of different age groups and how best to support each age in each area of emotional intelligence. The handout has more great resources, but I don’t feel that there was enough specific content related to helping students develop these skills within the classroom.

It was good, I just didn’t prefer the slideshow format, very very minimal wording (mostly a picture), then had to follow along on the notes-page. I also thought it was going to be focused on GT students.
Melissa – Pilot (verified owner) –
The powerpoint needs at least a few words. I was not aware of handouts.
