The information and resouces in the course are exceptional! I will use almost everything in this course in my classroom! I am very grateful for the information! Lisa’s knowledge and expertise are second to none!
My only concern is two of the “jokes” that Lisa told. She told several jokes and most of them were just fine (funny even), but there are two “jokes” that were absolutely NOT funny and coul even be construed as offensive and/or hurtful. The offending “jokes” are the one about the priest standing on the hospitalized man’s oxygen tube before the man eventually DIES and the other one is about the child’s father who fell into a well, but stopped calling for “help,” after four days. As gifted as Lisa is, I am surprised that she does not see how those two “jokes” could be offensive and hurtful! I am NOT gifted and I can see it…especiall with how the world is right now (May of 2020)! One can tell by the reaction of the audience that I am NOT the only one who feels this way! Those “jokes” mar an otherwise extraordinary presentation. Lisa really should consider editing those “jokes” out of the course1
