Led by Cathey Bugg and Chris LeGrande from CCOSA, this 2.5-hour professional development course equips school leaders with practical strategies to grow teacher effectiveness through the Tulsa Model evaluation rubric. Drawing from decades of leadership experience and grounded in Oklahoma’s TLE requirements, the presenters explore how principals can foster continuous improvement through the PLC process, targeted feedback, and supportive relationships. By focusing on personalized development, growth mindset, and differentiated supports, the course empowers administrators to elevate teachers across all levels of performance, while aligning with district goals and state mandates.
Participants will gain tools to enhance instructional quality, manage complex change, and create a culture where all educators feel valued, challenged, and supported.
