    I think that it was a good course to take, but I also feel like it could be more well rounded when explaining the differences in the ratings levels. It went back and forth a lot during the explanation, and I think it would be more understandable if they were all just listed from best to worst or worst to best.

For example, they did explain the scores and what they were looking for but be more specific as it applied to the lesson. Overall, I found the course to be beneficial.
