    It’s a good training, however I wish school districts would/could have specialized observations/evaluations that were more SPED friendly, especially for the more severely cognitive and/or behaviorally challenged students.

    This course is well designed and presents valuable information that helps a new teacher understand the purpose and process of T-TESS in an engaging and clearly organized way. The modules flow smoothly and break down each component of the system in a thoughtful, easy-to-follow manner. It would be even more helpful if the course included printable slides or guided notes for teachers to jot down key ideas while watching the presentations, as well as ensuring all needed resources are accessible within all the module’s Resource Clip, not just the applicable ones. Finally, as a high school teacher, I would have benefited from seeing a secondary classroom example in addition to the elementary demonstration, since it would better reflect the realities of a high school setting.
