I thought each presenter was knowledgeable and had very good information. I do think some, not being in Ohio State tested subjects, would make it much more challenging to implement.

I really liked the last presenter who treats his classroom as a business.

This was great! Thinking about teaching outside of the box is always fun!

  33. Sylvia – MIDWAY ISD – WOODWAY (verified owner)

I feel like a lot of this was common sense. A lot of time was taken to talk about something that should have taken a few minutes.

  34. Sharon – UNITED ISD (verified owner)

Tiered lessons, table teacher, real world experience all ingredients for baking the best teaching.

  35. Teresa – DAYTON CITY (verified owner)

    ttt

  36. Nick – ORANGE CITY (verified owner)

This course gave some good ideas about working with gifted students as well as all students. It really discussed a classroom design that has less structure in the traditional sense, but still gets the work done. The classes taught this way are electives, but I feel that the methods used could be implemented into a core course also.

  37. Rachel – VAN WERT CITY (verified owner)

This was a great course and loved the idea of the Teacher Table.

  38. Ben – PARKWAY LOCAL (verified owner)

This makes you think outside the box as to how you approach things in your classroom.

Gave good reminders of what tiered instruction is and some great ideas for implementation.

  41. Kathy – WORTHINGTON CITY (verified owner)

The course provides many teaching ideas for middle school/high school. I did not think it was as applicable to primary elementary.

    The specific examples were helpful.

  43. Kristi – WORTHINGTON CITY (verified owner)

It was ver;y beneficial and there was a lot of real world teaching ideas to take away.

  44. Joshua – UNITED ISD (verified owner)

    Very informative and motivational.

  45. Bethany – CARDINAL LOCAL (verified owner)

Real world concepts – many geared towards secondary students which is less common in programs such as these.

  46. Stacy – CARDINAL LOCAL (verified owner)

    The information was beneficial.

  47. Matthew – COLUMBUS CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT (verified owner)

    It was alright.
I do, however, get tired of this constant pressure placed on an individual teacher to constantly meet the needs of every single student in the room. This is an unfair and unrealistic expectation.

  48. Andrea – PORT NECHES-GROVES ISD (verified owner)

Fabulous ideas. I would want my biological children enrolled in classes like the ones featured.

  49. Michael – MARION CITY (verified owner)

    It’s fine.
