I thought it was a very informative course, providing useful information insofar as it came to teaching gifted students and knowing how to tap into their curiosity for academic matters. Also learned a lot about the different types of questioning, and how to employ critical questioning in the classroom. Appreciated the professor’s use of social studies examples, which I found to be very relevant for me, since I am a social studies teacher and happen to teach several gifted students across my classes.

It was solid. The information can be used across all students, not just gifted.

I did not find this course particularly helpful to my situation. I teach with a very prescribed curriculum, and the activities and frameworks being discussed did not connect.
