In this 6-hour course, Bob Iseminger defines differentiation and gives practical ways to engage students across a broad spectrum of abilities, all without forcing the teacher to spend precious class time developing individualized lessons.

Overall, I feel that this gifted and talented course has been incredibly valuable for my growth as an educator. It strengthened my understanding of how gifted learners think, process information, and respond to challenge. I especially appreciated learning new strategies—like Think-Tac-Toe, RAFT, and Take a Stand—that make differentiation more meaningful and manageable. The course pushed me to rethink some of my assumptions about gifted students and reminded me that they need just as much intentional planning and support as any other learner. At the same time, the course also challenged me to reflect on my current practices and identify areas where I can better provide rigor within my lessons.
