Differentiation is a vital part of creating lessons that help all students grow, but teachers can get overwhelmed when they think they have to create an individualized lesson plan for each student. Educator Jen Molitor says that by using a choice board to offer your students a variety of exercises and activities to complete, you are helping differentiate your lessons in a way that benefits each student.
