Description

Twice exceptional students, gifted/talented students with learning disabilities, make up between 2-5% of the student population. Working with these students requires a special understanding of their unique cognitive processes. Join trainer Mary Ann Clark, one of the leading experts on twice exceptional education, and discover the strengths and struggles that accompany both giftedness, and each of the common learning disabilities.This course will teach you to:
  • Discern between twice-exceptional myths and facts

    It made a lot of sense in which, most teachers make the mistake of thinking just because they are identified GT they should know everything and learn the same way. This is another course I feel beginning teachers should be presented so that they really get to know their students and take everything into consideration when trying to find out why that student is not doing what he should.
