How it Works

The full TEPSA School Leadership Academies consist of five different elements each month. We offer tailored learning for Principals, Assistant Principals, and Aspiring Leaders.

Each month, you will:

  • take a one-hour online course whenever it fits your schedule.
  • have access to our private, supportive Networking Group of Peers and Mentors across Texas.
  • gain access to one our Deep Dive Sessions. Talk through how to utilize what you learned in the course, and problem-solve with peers in a group led by our experienced Master-Level Administrators.

Additionally, when you select these add-ons in your cart, you’ll also gain access to application-focused coaching and one-on-one mentoring through our plan & collaborate sessions.

You can acquire these skills through our online courses, virtual leader network sessions, coaching on projects, and one-on-one sessions with expert mentors.
