  38. Chris – CARROLL ISD (verified owner)

This course offered a lot of ideas regarding the differences between traits of a boss and a leader. I thought it was inspirational to show kids that having a growth mindset is what we all need to strive to have. It’s great for the students to see the famous failures and know that along their pathway the obstacles and setbacks are only there to help them grow to where they need to be. I also thought it was very beneficial to find out that if a student is reluctant, to dig deeper to find out what the reason is behind that and to figure out what exactly makes them tick in order to take risks.
