Over the last decade creativity and creative thought have been de-emphasized because of a strong focus on standardized testing education. In this 3-hour course, Bob Iseminger discusses the importance of developing creativity and provides strategies for embedding creativity development in classroom lessons and content.

I wish we could have used one of our back to school training days for something refreshing like this, and be provided with some resources to implement ideas like the lateral thinking and red herrings. I do not like the online training that is put on me to carve out time to complete. I feel rushed and am not able to discuss with my team of teachers and share take aways that we can use. It would have been better if we could have used a SD day and watched/discussed it together.
