It think this course has a lot to offer. However, it needs to be mobile friendly. Yes, we are doing this training on our own time. That may be as we are riding in the car on the way to get a little bit of solace in the short weekends we have after working all week. While the administrators are regularly leaving on time, teachers stay and work after contract hours are over; be sympathetic to that. That’s why so many are leaving the profession.
