With the right tools, gifted students can take on a journey into a lifelong adventure of self-led learning. Self-regulation offers students the freedom to understand the world and their role in it in a dynamic way. It’s the process by which students engage in appropriate actions, thoughts, feelings and behaviors, in order to pursue valuable academic goals.

In this 1-hour course, you will learn:

  • The definition of self-regulation
  • How to understand the obstacles your students face
  • Teaching strategies for self-regulated learning
